Congrats! Oh man, the race looked insane! Everyone one the desk was wondering how the race was going/went. I can't imagine being in the saddle for 8 hours a day. How is Jeff recovering? I'm dying to hear your experience as well.
So, would he do it again?

Would Jeff do it again? I'd say it's more likely that Jeff would ride in Vancouver or Whistler with John and new friends made or potentially try another long distance stage race like the Trans Alps, Trans Rockies or BC Bike Race. The founder of the Cape Epic said this year was the hardest yet and the hardest for years to come... We believe he got the message that the course was overdesigned and too punishing. Nonetheless, we also hear that there are already more pros interested in riding for 2009. The publicity worked! Hardest mtb race ever and you got a lot more people who want the challenge.
